To Dos are patient-centric communications. Using the To Do feature, the user can communicate with internal staff members of the practice and also with the patient portal users. The system also facilitates users to send a To Do to a group of users within the practice.
To access To Dos, click the “My To Do” icon in the To Dos box on Dashboard. This navigates you to the My To Do folder of your To Do box. You can also click the icon on any screen within the system when the patient is in session to compose a new To Do. When any new To Do is received, the icon blinks.
When composing a To Do, if user selects the priority as Urgent, the recipient can see “Urgent” written in red in the Priority column on Dashboard and on the To Do screen.
