Click the To Do subject line to open the To Do in the To Do screen. Click the “Forward” button or the INSYNC~1_img34icon next to the To Do listing to forward the To Do. This will open the To Do in a new window.

The date the To Do was created will pre-populate in the Date field. When forwarding a To Do, the following fields will appear grayed out and will not be able to be edited by the user (* = required field): Date, Patient, Status, and Subject.

1.Select the User/Group to whom you wish to forward the To Do using the drop-down menu.
2.Select the Reminder Date for the To Do using the INSYNC~1_img29 icon. This is the date you wish to be reminded to take action on this To Do.

Note: Once the reminder date has passed, the To Do will appear to the user in the My To Do tab.

3.Select the Priority level of the To Do using the drop-down menu.
4.Type any additional Details into the free-form text box in the area above the To Do itself.
5.Click Send. This will effectively refresh the screen and time stamp the message, as well as add the To Do Details the user just added to the message thread.
6.Click on INSYNC~1_img33 My To Do to return to view the To Do with the updated Details.
