You can update the To Do as per the requirements.
To update a To Do:
1. | Click theicon next to the To Do listing. This will open the To Do in a new window. When updating a To Do, the following fields will appear grayed out and will not be able to be edited by the user (* = required field): To, User/Group, Date, Reminder Date, Patient, Priority, and Subject. |
2. | Select the Status of the To Do (e.g., not started, reviewed, completed) from the drop-down menu. |
Note: If the user selected “Completed,” saving the To Do will effectively remove the To Do from the user’s To Do box. Users may still search for completed To Dos, however, by selecting “Completed” as the To Do Status in the Search box.
3. | Type any additional Details into the free-form text box in the area above the To Do itself. |
4. | Click the “Save” button to save changes. This will effectively refresh the screen and time stamp the message, as well as add the To Do Details the user just added to the message thread. |
