Click the To Do subject line to open the To Do in the To Do screen. Click the “Reply” button or the icon next to the To Do listing to reply to the To Do. This will open the To Do in a new window.
The user who originally sent the To Do will pre-populate in the To field, along with the Date the To Do was created; however, the reply can be sent to more users/groups, if required. When replying to the To Do, the Date, Patient, Status, and Subject fields will appear grayed out and users will not be able to be edited by the user.
1. | Select the Reminder Date for the To Do using the icon. This is the date you wish to be reminded to take action on this To Do. |
Note: Once the reminder date has passed, the To Do will appear to the user in the My To Do tab.
2. | Select the Priority level of the To Do using the drop-down menu. |
3. | Type any additional Details into the free-form text box in the area above the To Do itself. |
4. | Click the “Send” button to send the reply. This will effectively refresh the screen and time stamp the message, as well as add the To Do Details the user just added to the message thread. |
5. | Click onMy To Do to return to view the To Do with the updated Details. |
