When the Show all slots check box is deselected, the system will display only one next available slot along with all the booked slots. To load the scheduler faster and to minimize scrolling on the scheduler, it is recommended to keep the check box deselected. On selecting the Show all available slots check box, the scheduler will display all the available time slots.

When displaying a list of scheduled appointments on the Scheduler screen, appointments are highlighted with different colors for easy identification of the visit type. AM/PM label added to all time slots for easy identifying which part of the day the time slot belongs to.
