The InSync users, based on the roles and permissions, can setup and edit Scheduler preferences for resources or facilities within the practice. The scheduler profile can be configured for the provider, care assistant, space or room, and equipment at the same time or individually.
To set up and edit Scheduler preferences, click the “Administration” tab located on the left side of the screen and select “Scheduler Setup” (under “Configuration”). This will open the Scheduler Setup screen.
On this screen, the user is able to view Existing Scheduler Profiles, as well as create a New Scheduler Profile.
