From the left menu items, click Administration > Configuration > EMR > Procedure. You can search for already defined templates for the search templates section by selecting Specialty or Provider. You can also perform the search by typing in the template name and a list of templates will appear accordingly. A grid appears where you can see all the customized templates listed, you can rename , edit or delete the templates from here.
