To add HPI answers:
1. | On the HPI Configuration screen, click Manage Answers corresponding to the HPI. The HPI section is displayed below. |
2. | Type the answer relevant to the history of present illness. This field is mandatory. |
3. | Select the “Default?” check box to add the HPI answer to that symptom. When you set this HPI answer as default, it is added in all the Systems and their corresponding Symptoms automatically. This is to avoid adding the same HPI answer in each System. Based on the selection, the Default column is displayed as True or False. |
4. | Click the icon. The answer is added to the list with the check box selected. You can add more than 1 answer. The answers are displayed as check boxes near the corresponding HPI in the charting. |
5. | In the HPI answers section below, do the following: |
• | To edit the HPI answer, click the icon. |
• | To inactivate the HPI answer, click the icon. |
• | To reactivate the HPI answer, deselect the Active check box and click the icon. |
• | To change the sequence of the HPI answers, click the or icon to move the record up or down. |
• | To remove the configured HPI answers to be displayed from charting, deselect the corresponding check boxes and click Configure. To add them again, reselect the check boxes and click Configure. |
