InSync users can view patient's insurance eligibility status from the Scheduler by clicking theINSYNC~1_img178icon next to the appointment listing. This opens the Insurance Eligibility details screen.

Here the user can see results of the latest patient eligibility check, as well as perform new eligibility check by clicking the “Verify Now”

INSYNC~1_img122 icon. If a patient is determined to be ineligible, a red dot will appear next to theINSYNC~1_img178icon in the Scheduler. Click the “PrintReport” button to print this report.

To change the service type of insurance eligibility, click clip0086and then click clip0087.
