InSync users can view patient's insurance eligibility status from the Scheduler by clicking theicon next to the appointment listing. This opens the Insurance Eligibility details screen.
Here the user can see results of the latest patient eligibility check, as well as perform new eligibility check by clicking the “Verify Now”
icon. If a patient is determined to be ineligible, a red dot will appear next to theicon in the Scheduler. Click the “PrintReport” button to print this report.
To change the service type of insurance eligibility, click and then click .
