The user with access rights can inactivate or reactivate an existing staff user at any point.
To inactivate a staff user:
1. | On the User Management screen, click Existing User. A pop up message is displayed. |
2. | Click Staff. The Existing Staff screen is displayed with the list of active staff users. |
3. | On the Existing Staff User screen, to inactivate a staff user, click the icon. |
4. | To reactivate a staff user, select the Inactive radio button and click the icon. |
