The user with access rights can inactivate or reactivate an existing provider user at any point.
To inactivate a provider:
1. | On the User Management screen, click Existing User. A pop up message is displayed. |
2. | Click Provider. The Existing Provider screen is displayed with the list of active providers. |
3. | On the Existing Provider screen, to inactivate a provider, click the icon. |
4. | To reactivate a provider, select the Inactive radio button and click the icon. |
