Deactivating/Reactivating a Policy

Practice users can deactivate the insurance policies once they are expired.

1.To deactivate an insurance policy, click theINSYNC~1_img44icon in the insurance listing.
2.By default, the “Active” check box is preselected, displaying the list of active insurance policies.
3.To view the list of inactive insurance policies, deselect Active check box above the patient insurance listing.
4.Click the INSYNC~1_img126icon to reactivate the insurance.
