Users cannot be removed from InSync altogether; rather, they must be made inactive. While the user is deactivated, they will not be able to log in to the system to make any changes.

To deactivate a user:

1.Select the Resource Type the user is categorized under to display the user in the window below.
2.Click the INSYNC~1_img44 icon.
3.Click “OK” to make the user inactive.

The user will now display only if the “Inactive” radio button is selected on the Resources Management screen.
