Configuring Template for Care Plan

You can configure Templates for the Care Plan from the Treatment Plan Configuration screen. Once configured, you can choose the appropriate template in charting, and it will show all the pre-configured data that you have configured in the administration of the Care Plan.
To configure a template:
| 1. | Click the Template icon  in the Treatment Plan Configuration screen. |
| 2. | Type in Template Name. |
| 3. | Select the age group and sex for whom you want to create the template. |
| 4. | Select one or more providers who want to use this pre-configured template. |
| 5. | Click Add. |
Once configured, you can then choose the template while charting. All the pre-configured items will automatically populate into the Care Plan of your Encounter.
