Once appointment is booked, users can change the status of the patient as per the requirements.
To change the visit status or appointment location:
1. | Click the icon located next to the Appointment listing. |
2. | This allows users to select a new visit status or appointment location using the appropriate drop-down. |
3. | Click theicon next to the patient appointment listing to update the Scheduler. |
4. | Click theicon if you want to cancel your changes. |
Notes:
• | Users are only able to select a location for the patient once the patient has checked in or is waiting; otherwise, this option will be grayed out. Once a patient has checked in, the user can only change the visit status to Check Out and Cancel. |
• | Once the patient has checked in or if the patient is waiting, the corresponding time is displayed in brackets () near the visit status. |
• | Once the patient has checked in or checked out, the Super Bill icon and the Copay icon are displayed. |
• | The visit status of the canceled appointments can be changed to Check In, Pre Check In, Check Out, Pending, Confirm, No Show, or Waiting. If an appointment is already been scheduled on same date as that of the canceled appointment, a message is displayed for the user confirmation before changing the status. |
