Practice users can block certain time slots of the day as per the provider's requirements.
To block off a time frame on the Scheduler:
1. | Select the check box under the “Block” heading next to the time slots you want to block. |
2. | Click the “Block” icon () at the top or bottom of the Scheduler. |
3. | The text box appears where you can enter the reason for blocking the time slots. |
4. | This time frame will now be blocked off and appear grayed out in the Scheduler, making it unavailable for anyone to book any new appointments in that time frame for the provider/resource selected. |
To unblock time slots:
1. | Deselect the check box under the “Block” heading next to the time slots you want to unblock. |
2. | Click the icon at the top or bottom of Scheduler. |
3. | This will effectively unblock this time slot and once again make the icon is made available for users to book new appointments for that slots. |
