Practice users can associate the insurance documents along with patient insurance policy details.
To associate a document (e.g., insurance card image) with a patient insurance policy:
1. | Click the “AttachDocument” link next to the insurance listing. |
2. | Click Browse to attach the file from computer drive. |
3. | Click “Attach” to attach the file. The file will now appear below under “Currently Attached Files,” along with the date and time the file was attached. |
4. | To preview a file, click Preview. |
5. | An icon next to the “AttachDocument” link indicates that file is attached to that listing. |
