In order to add a Patient Photo to the patient records, follow these steps:
| 1. | Click the “Add Photo” button. |
| 2. | Click Browse to select patient photo from the local drive of the computer. |
| 3. | Select the photo you would like to add. |
Notes:
| • | The photo must already be an existing image file on your computer before it is able to be added to the system. |
| • | If you would like to remove a Patient Photo, simply click the “Remove Photo” button. |
| • | Click the scan icon to scan a driver license and fetch the photo and other details in the license to the Patient Details section. You may please contact the InSync EMR Support for details on the scanning device configuration. |
